Mr. Xiancheng Wang, Party Secretary of JCHX Group, visited JCHX projects in Serbia from July 1st to 5th, extending greetings to employees standing fast to their posts.

On July 2nd, Mr. Wang headed to Kinsey project to inspect progress of large-diameter long-hole stoping and ore pass and crushing system on -200mL, long-hole stoping on 160mL, as well as the key development works in upper zone - crosscut between service decline and main decline on -260mL, where he highly recognized the efficiency and performance of team on site.

When inspecting the ore pass and crushing system on -200mL, Mr. Wang emphasized the importance of work safety, demanded high attention to details during concrete support process and strict compliance to the technical specifications for scaffold installation, in particular, he required close attention to the status of supporting and force-bearing points, fasteners, as well as the spacing of legs and cross brace of scaffolds in order to ensure safety.

Mr. Wang gained first-hand insights into the production organization, civilized construction, and SOPs implementation of the large-diameter long-hole stoping by inspecting drilling of waste edge, slot raising, roof-contact filling and ventilation of stopes on -160mL, as well as the ground support of bottom structure and secondary excavation of filling body on -200mL. He encouraged workers to rise to challenges like high temperature and high stress, to give full play to the guiding and supporting role of technology, to improve working condition and work quality through technical measures, to conduct in-depth study on the changes of crustal stress, to summarize effective measures for secondary support and for maintaining adequate ventilation and agreeable temperature in ultra-long and ultra-deep working faces.

Mr. Wang indicated that the condition of haulage system is the key to the efficient operation of large trackless equipment, and thus maintaining major roadways is crucial. He required the management of Kinsey project to attach great importance to the construction of haulage system to enable better performance of mechanized fleet.

On July 3rd, Mr. Wang inspected -432mL undercut level, -450mL extraction level, -470mL air return level, -500mL haulage level, ore pass and crushing system, and service decline, then he expressed high recognition to the civilized construction, SOPs implementation as well as the execution of simultaneous drifting with full bolt+mesh+shotcrete support method. In addition, he requested further improvement in respect of equipment operating condition and work efficiency.

On July 4th, Mr. Wang inspected Peki Project where he was informed of the latest progress on safety management, production operation, and SOPs implementation, then he gave specific instructions on the monitoring system, winder operation for intake shaft, daily inspection and maintenance, pre-shift inpsection and safety check. Additionally, he stressed the necessity of promoting and expediting SOPs implementation in warehouse, as equipment and material supply plays a key role in work safety.

During his visit, intimate exchanges were had with workers on site to understand their requirements and thoughts, and a specific inspection was done to the staff canteen. Mr. Wang repeatedly stressed the importance of continuously improving the accommodation and building a comfortable camp for the employees based on JCHX family culture.
