Successful breakthrough was achieved by JCHX at 3# decline connecting 500mL and 600mL of west orebody of Chambishi Copper Mine, marking another triumph of long distance breakthrough with accuracy, following the one between 683mL sublevel drive and 1# decline connecting 600mL and 700mL.

3# decline, 1190m long, servicing mining preparation works at 500mL-600mL 3# panel of the west orebody, is developed jointly by workers from new panel and main stoping area. The breakthrough provides momentous guarantee for subsequent production at the same area and highly facilitates UG mechanized operation, trackless transportation and ventilation on 600mL .

To ensure efficient project implementation, the project pays high attention to the timeline, with the entire team keeping the same aspiration and working closely hand-in-hand. All departments and crew duly perform their duties, ensuring systematic, standard and scientific management. Besides, UG production is organized coordinately, with emphasis placed over shift-change efficiency, equipment utilization, work safety and procedures connection, which greatly shortens cycle time and improves production efficiency.
