Employment serves as the foundation of people’s livelihood. JCHX always endeavors to recruit more local labor to boost local economy and shoulder its social responsibility. Nowadays, JCHX attracts certain number of college graduates and labor on annual basis to build up its talent pool, and safeguards the basic rights and interests of each employee through provision of medical examination, secured and healthy living conditions, skill training, remuneration and insurances subject to the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

Particularly JCHX overfulfilled its social obligations in overseas markets by continuously creating job opportunities for local nationals over the past two decades. Incomplete statistics show that on average more than 3500 job opportunities are created in Zambia per year by JCHX Overseas Division.
