The integration of funding education and graduates recruiting fully demonstrates the unique and long-term perspective of JCHX in terms of talent building. “JCHX Scholarships and Financial Aids” and “JCHX Endeavor Fellowships” have been established since 2003, which are available to students at 10 universities, such as Central South University, Beijing Science & Technology University, Kunming University of Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, Chongqing University, Jiangxi University of Science and Engineering, and Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. By May 2020, 5127 students/postgraduates have benefited from JCHX scholarships.

Other efforts are also made by JCHX in supporting education. On 27 Oct 2018, the 60th anniversary ceremony for Jiangxi University of Science & Technology (JUST) was held in Ganzhou where Mr. Wang Qinghai, Chairman of JCHX (former Vice Chairman), Mr. Shao Wu, Executive VP, and Mr. Wang Yakun, Chief Mechanical Engineer were invited; and the opening ceremony of “Pavilion of Ascend” in the name of donation was held.

In terms of overseas market, various measures are taken to support local education. For example, JCHX Overseas Division funded the construction of a bridge in a remote area where local children risk their lives crossing the river to go to school every day.
