JCHX never forgets to repay the society while pursuing its own development by way of poverty alleviation, disaster relief or public welfare.

JCHX actively participates and encourages all members to participate in natural disaster relief activities as well as public welfare works. JCHX employees are motivated to make donations in all kinds especially during emergencies.

Post the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, JCHX employees voluntarily donated to support the frontline medical staff. On March 6, 2020, Deputy Head of Miyun District – Mr. Fang Jianqing received the donation on behalf of local government.

As COVID-19 started to spread across Africa, JCHX Overseas Division donated in cash to Ndola City Hall for the procurement of pandemic prevention materials, and donated packed corn flour to help the poor and the weak. On 15 April 2020, another batch of pandemic prevention material, including disinfectant hand washing devices, were donated to Kalulushi municipal government, to support the implementation of pandemic prevention measures at local bus stations, schools, churches and other public places.

In addition, JCHX Overseas Division plays an active role in participating and funding local exhibitions and celebrations. In June 2019, JCHX attended and sponsored the Zambian Copper Belt Investment Exhibition. It also funded the refurbishment of the immigration offices respectively located in Ndola and Kitwe, which significantly improved their working conditions.
