Recently, JCHX Kinsey in Serbia held a welcome meeting for new Zambian employees to keep abreast of their working and living conditions, and help them better participate in the project construction and achieve their personal career goals.

In order to efficiently carry out project implementation in Europe and accumulate international project management experience, Kinsey and Bor projects recruited a group of excellent management personnel and front-line workers from Zambia in 2023.

In the meeting the management extended a warm welcome before all participants introduced themselves. Then representatives of new employees expressed their sincere thanks to JCHX for offering job opportunities and an international working platform, saying that they would do their best and contribute to JCHX’s overseas business development through hard working.

The management discussed with Zambian employees over issues related to work, life and communication arising from language barrier and culture shock, different management philosophy, working standards and living habits, trying to explore a more reasonable arrangement of job training, working shifts, team building and daily meals. They are expected to understand and practice JCHX family culture, adapt to work and life in Serbia as soon as possible, and involve into the international team with deep mutual understanding, respect, integration and strong execution through active communication and cooperation.
